Area Manager

Our client is a leading external maintenance business committed to enhancing and improving the physical environment. This company operates within a variety of sectors nationwide.

In this role, you will provide ongoing operational and contract support to multiple live sites in the Midlands region and beyond. In this client-facing role, you will take ownership of multiple projects, conducting inspections, monitoring site performance, and pricing work. You will also ensure compliance with management systems and company policies and procedures.

We are seeking a candidate with experience as a Site Manager, Area Manager, or Contract Manager. The ideal candidate will be client-focused and possess strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering results within tight deadlines. Most importantly, you will be a team player who works collaboratively with others to achieve success.

Key Requirements:

Essential

  • Experience in pricing work within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of core principles of contract management and client liaison
  • SMSTS certification

Desirable

  • Previous experience in contract management
