Our client is a leading external maintenance business committed to enhancing and improving the physical environment. Are you a passionate, engaging and proactive Area Manager? this company operates within a broad range of build sectors nationwide.

You will provide ongoing regional operational and contract support to several live sites in the Midlands. This role is client facing and involves taking ownership of multiple projects. You will conduct inspections, monitor site performance, and price work. Ensuring compliance with management systems & company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate could be a Site Manager, Area Manager or Contract Manager. Candidates should be client-focused, with sound commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within deadlines. Most importantly, you will be a great team player.

What we are looking for:

Essential

• Some experience of pricing work within construction
• Experience within the construction industry
• Understanding of core principles of managing a contract and liasing with clients.
• SMSTS

Desirable

• Contract management experience
