Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for an established POS/POP manufacturer based in Leicester

This position is a straight permanent position

The Job:

• Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday
• Salary is £13ph but will increase upon completion of probation
• You will play an active role on the shop floor with the assembly team
• Helping to support and lead your team to ensure outputs and target are achieved
• Ensuring that jobs are carried out as expected and within the timeframes expected
• Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is up to date
• 28 days holiday per year plus Christmas shut-down and a day off on your birthday

About You:

• Previous experience within the POS industry is desirable
• Previous team leader experience is required
• Good attention to detail
• Good time management
• Able to demonstrate a problem solving mentality
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible as overtime will be available and occasionally shifts required based on projects
• Carry out other duties as required
