Job description

Thorn Baker are currently working with a family-run company that produce high quality, bespoke joinery bringing together traditional craftmanship and new technology.  They are currently seeking an Administrator  to work in their Hampshire office. This company prides itself of high levels of staff rentention and excellent staff incentives and are looking for someone that fits in well with their lively, inclusive atmosphere. Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log telephone calls
  • General project admin;  creating folders, contract numbers, allotting time to specific projects etc
  • Organising documentation and ensuring filing is done correctly
  • Handle emails
  • Keeping the smart sheet up to date with project info
  • Organise breakfast/lunches for customers
  • Assist customers with various tasks
  • Arrange meetings & keep on top of diary

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in a demanding, customer facing role
  • Organised & efficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good general IT skills (Microsoft Office & Excel essential)
  • Friendly & approachable attitude
