Key Information Documents (KID)

We are obliged to give you information about the different payment arrangements available to you before you undertake a temporary or contract role through Thorn Baker Group, detailing how your take-home pay is calculated through each one. Please find below worked examples of each arrangement in our Key Information Documents.

PAYE Worker

The following Key Information Document (KID) sets out key information about your relationship as a work-seeker with us, an employment business, including details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits.

Umbrella Company Worker

The following documents provide examples of your pay and deductions if you supply your services through one of our Preferred Supplier Umbrella Companies. The listed umbrella companies, who are all FSCA accredited and have been assessed as compliant by Thorn Baker Group.

We may agree to engage with another umbrella company of your choosing. However, they must be FCSA accredited and will be asked to complete our assessment and compliance checks.


CIS Scheme Contractor

The following documents provide examples of your pay and deductions if you supply your services through one of our CIS Preferred Supplier Umbrella Companies. The listed umbrella companies have been assessed as compliant by Thorn Baker Group.
