Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Location: East of England, Cambridgeshire, Whittlesey

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Per annum

Benefits: Car allowance or company car, bonus scheme, private pension and healthcare

A Quality focused Housing Developer are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a brand new phase in Whittlesey. Looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager who has overseen high volume housing projects. Offering progression to Site Manager within 6-12 months due to a number of exciting new projects in the Peterborough area.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed on site
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
• Maintain quality control and ensure project deadlines are met
• Handle day-to-day operations on site and report progress to the Site Manager

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence

Experience:

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in high volume housing projects

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of traditional new build housing construction processes

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
