Job title: Assistant Site Manager

Thorn Baker are working with a leading House Builder are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a traditional new build housing project in Market Harborough. This position is due to start on the 21st October.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction project
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
• Monitor progress and quality of work being carried out
• Assist in the management of site personnel

Required Qualifications:

CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid, Driving Licence

Experience:

Proven experience in PLC House Building, managing new build housing projects
