Company Branding: A Leading Housing Developer is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing site in Coventry. Offering progression to Site Manager within 16 months due to a new project starting up in Coventry.

Job Duties:

The Assistant Site Manager will assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, monitoring health and safety compliance, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Proven experience in an Assistant Site Manager role on a high volume site.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of construction processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
