Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to work for global manufacturing operative based in the Heanor (DE75) area.

What is in it for you?

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm - early finish on Fridays 
  • £12.75 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
  • Immediate start available
  • 6-to-9-month contract 

The Job:

  • Accurate record keeping  
  • Taking incoming calls 
  • Assist with outgoing post and management of incoming post 
  • Ad-hoc purchases for department 
  • Meet and greeting visitors into the business - this includes site inductions
  • Being a main point of contact for any queries
  • Meeting room management 
  • Making travel arrangements for staff 
  • Support across all areas on the business 

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an admin role 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
