Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for Concrete Operatives for one of our clients in Nottingham.

This is a full-time on-going temporary position with a scope for a permanent contract.

Our client is a well-known organisation within the concrete industry, they offer continuous work & training within a great environment.

Starting Pay: £14-£15.5/h

Day Shift Monday to Saturday (6am starts)

Full time hours (50-60hrs/week)

£900/week earning potential

Concrete Operatives Job Details:

- Concrete casting

- Pouring concrete into moulds

- Levelling off concrete

- Trowelling

- Cleaning/setting up moulds

- Other additional tasks within the candidate`s capabilities.

Concrete Operatives Requirements:

- Proven experience in working with concrete is a MUST

- Good level of English

- Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn)

- Experience in working with hand tools (drills, grinders, etc.)

- Capability to work on their feet for the whole shift (10-11hrs/day)

- Team Player / Adaptable / Good work ethic

- Flexibility to stay late on shift if work requires.

Concrete Operatives Benefits:

- £14-£15.5/h starting pay rate (depending on skills & experience)

- Day shift only (6am starts)

- Full time hours (between 50 & 60hrs per week guaranteed)

- Option to progress within the company

- Salary increase with time served.

The working days are Monday to Saturday with 6am starts, early finish on Saturdays.
