Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client!
A recycling company focused on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices, currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to move materials and products across the site
• Load and unload goods for processing and ensure they are stored in the correct locations
• Assist in the transportation of materials to and from designated areas
• Conduct regular safety checks on the FLT and report any faults or issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient flow of materials across the site
• Support site management with any additional tasks as required

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential)
• Proven experience in operating a Counterbalance FLT, ideally within a warehouse, recycling, or industrial setting
• Strong commitment to safety and health regulations
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
