Thorn Baker Construction are looking for Labourers to work on an ongoing fit-out project in Corby.

Starting 23/09/2024.

Hours:

10-12hrs per day 7 days a week.

You may required to do 7 days a week please be sure you are able to commit to these hours before applying

You must hold a valid CSCS Card to be considered for this position.

THIS ROLE IS UMBRELLA PAY. WE CANNOT PAY LABOURERS CIS LEGALLY.

About You:

• Candidates must have a valid CSCS card
• Two commercial relevant References - Site managers/Supervisor name and number
• Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis & Safety boots)
• Can do attitude with a strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Assisting trades on site
• Lifting and Shifting Materials around site
• Ensuring site is safe to work and clearing walkways
• General cleaning
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Working collaboratively with the team

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
• May require heavy lifting and physical exertion
• Adherence to health and safety regulations is essential

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of basic construction practises
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physical fitness and stamina
• Good communication skills
