Delivery Manager
Job description
We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our award winning construction clients team. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced business generator to help take them to the next level of turnover. The position would suit somebody who has an excellent network within construction. You will work with along with contacts from main contractors and clients to generate a varied element of primary contract and sub-contract work.
Your area of operation will be field based - North England & Scotland - you must have experience within the construction secor to be considered.
What will you be responsible for?
- You'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in work winning across north England & Scotland
Your day to day will include:
- Presenting to potential clients and consultants through direct communication, in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Report on Business Development activities to the management board
- Negotiation of Terms of business with clients
- Lead Generation
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities ensuring that all deadlines are met, and that information presented meets the company standards
This role of Delivery Manager is great for you if:
- You have Proven experience in a Delivery Manager role conducting business development activities within the construction sector
- You have Exceptional relationship management and networking abilities coupled with a genuine passion for the sector
- You have Strong communication skills in all forms
