A medium-sized and growing house builder is looking for a Sales Advisor to cover three sites in Derby, Chesterfield, and Telford.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Flexi Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new build properties at our Derby, Chesterfield, and Telford sites. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers.

Job Duties:

• Promote and sell new build properties
• Achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales
• Assist buyers with the purchasing process

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Prior experience in new build sales with a developer is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good knowledge of the property market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on-site at various locations in Derby, Chesterfield, and Telford. Flexible working hours may be required, including weekends and evenings to accommodate potential buyers.
