Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client, a leading manufacturer of plastic storage containers. This role is based in Pinxton, UK, and the position involves 80% forklift operation and 20% general warehouse duties.

Job Details:

• Counterbalance FLT operation in a warehouse environment
• Picking and packing products for dispatch
• Supporting both goods in and goods out functions
• Overtime available
• Temporary to permanent position with an immediate start

As an ideal candidate, you will:

• Be an experienced Counterbalance FLT operator
• Be comfortable assisting with other warehouse duties when needed
• Be a team player – this is a small team, so everyone's contribution counts
• Hold a valid FLT license (expired within the last year is acceptable)

Hours and Pay:

• Shift pattern: Days, Nights, Afters Rotating
  06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00 (Monday to Friday)
• Hourly rate: £12.75 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks' service
• Overtime available
