Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are in search for experienced Counter Balance Fork Lift Truck Drivers to join a busy concrete plant in Somercotes, Alfreton. 

This is a full time, ongoing position with an immediate start. Overtime is available and paid at a premium. 

The Job: 

Working outdoors in all weathers, supporting the manufacturing team, your duties will include: 

• Moving heavy products to and from the yard 
• Safely moving concrete sleepers between locations 
• Ensuring the yard is kept organised and tidy 
• Supporting the business in other areas where needed 
• Organising stock for despatch 

About You: 

• You carry an independent, valid counter balance FLT license - necessity 
• You license is ideally valid to move products up to 8 tonnes - desirable 
• You are looking for immediate, ongoing work 
• Happy to work outdoors in all weathers 

The Hours: 

6:00am start - 48 hours contracted per week. 

Weekend overtime paid at a premium 

The Pay: 

£11.88 per hour pay rate 

£16.63 per hour Saturdays

£18.46 per hour Sundays & Bank Holidays
