Thorn Baker have teamed up with a leading retrofit company specializing in improving the energy efficiency of homes and buildings across the UK. With a growing portfolio of projects in social housing, residential, and main build sectors, they are looking to expand their team with a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a vital role in managing the cost aspects of our retrofit projects, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of work within budget. You will work closely with project teams and clients, delivering accurate cost assessments, budgets, and forecasts, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
