A renowned House Builder is looking for a Site Manager for 4 weeks sickness cover in Stafford. The project consists of new build traditional housing. Offering £250 per day.

Job Duties:

The Freelance Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• Valid First Aid certification
• Driving Licence

Experience:

Prior experience in traditional house building and site management, particularly in new build housing projects. Experience working with PLC house builders is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

Working Conditions:

The Site Manager will work on-site in Stafford, overseeing the construction project. The role may involve long hours and varied weather conditions. The ability to travel between sites may be required.
