Job Description:
As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties. You will be expected to be knowledgeable in a wide range of skills, from plumbing and electrical work to painting, carpentry, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties.

• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general household repairs.

• Install fixtures and appliances as needed.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

• Work independently or with a team to ensure projects are completed on time.

• Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

• Ensure safety protocols and company standards are followed on every job.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of a variety of repair and maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Own a basic set of tools (specific tools provided by the company as needed).

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of environments (indoor and outdoor).
