Health & Safety Manager

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Health & Safety Manager on behalf of one of their clients based in the Food Industry

Job Details:

You will be responsible for the Management of the Company Health & Safety systems and to ensure their H&S systems meet legal requirements

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
  • ensure that all H&S requirements are met by everyone
  • Ensuring company are compliant with all Food Safety & Hygiene and Quality procedures and requirements
  • Hours are 37.5 hours per week - working Monday to Friday
  • Salary is paying up to £50k per year

About you:

  • You MUST HAVE experience in working in a food related environment in an H&S role
  • Ideally have NEBOSH qualification but National General Certificate in Occupational H&S as a minimum
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to analyse data, produce statistics and identify trends
  • Good problem solving skills and Lean approach
