Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for experienced Machine Operatives to join our clients busy manufacturing team.

Details:

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Early Finish Friday 2:00 PM
• Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
• Weekly Pay 
• Temp to Perm

The Role

• Operate and monitor bespoke and CNC machinery to ensure smooth production.
• Perform quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Have previous machine operative experience (experience with bespoke or CNC machines is highly desirable).
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
