Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking to hire machine operatives in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. - PLEASE NOTE: Unless you live in DE7 you will need you own trasnportation. 

We have several prestigious clients looking for the right talent to join their teams.

Temporary or temporary to permanent roles.

Monday to Friday – No weekends.

Fixed day shift or morning & afternoon rotational shifts.

£11.44 per hour, depending on the skill set this could increase.

Overtime opportunities.

Progression within the company.

The role:

Specific machine operating experience is preferred but not essential, however, general machine operating experience is essential!

• operating machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures
• identifying and correcting product quality issues
• To record production data that ensures full product traceability.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to the company's health and safety and environment policies.
• Setting machines to specific requirements
• Programming machines depending on specific requirements
