Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and responding to machinery breakdowns
  • Fault finding, repairs, and breakdown prevention
  • Regular machinery and tool inspections and improvements
  • Supporting apprentices and sharing your expertise
  • Basic fabrication, plumbing, and electrical maintenance
  • General site and facilities upkeep
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Ensuring a tidy and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Practical, hands-on experience with various tools and machinery
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Proven technical ability and the confidence to work independently
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to a high-performing team
