Thorn Baker Construction are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Polisher to work on a construction project in EPWORTH

The company has a busy working environment which attracts a vast number of large and small enquires from single bespoke joinery products to complete turnkey projects.

This is a temp to perm opportunity

Immediate starts are available, the project is on a full-time basis.

You must have a minimum of 4/5 years of experience to be considered for this role. Experience in spray painting is essential

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A UMBRELLA PAY POSITION AND NOT CIS

Key Responsibilities:

• The contracted hours are 39 hours per week and you will be required to work any additional hours to fulfil your duties.
• Maintaining a professional standard in paint spraying and polishing.
• Collaborate with friendly teams that prioritize employee welfare.
• Identify issues arising within the department and the company in general
• Be able to work from cad drawings and cutting lists

Shift Options:

• Ongoing bookings throughout the year
• Monday to Friday with optional weekend shifts
• Set start and finish times

About You:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Two construction based references (site managers names and numbers).
• Own transport desireable
• Punctual and reliable.
• Available to start immediately.
