Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with an Pinxton based concrete casting company, assisting their search for a Precast Concrete Supervisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. 

This is a physically intense, manual job and ideally the right candidate will have some experience working in a concrete based environment. 

The Job: 

• Using a semi dry mix to manually make concrete castings.
• Stripping castings out of moulds.
• Quality checking and ensuring all products are up to spec, without any cracks or defects.
• Training new hires.
• Creating and managing team schedules.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.

About You: 

• Experience working in a concrete casting (wet or dry) environment.
• Comfortable with manual labouring and heavy lifting. 
• Looking for a long term opportunity.
• Hands on approach and an eye for detail.
• Flexible working pattern.
• Ideally supervisory experience.

The Pay:

Upto £14.00ph, depending on experience.

The Hours: 

Monday - Friday, between the hours of 5:00am - 3:30pm. Saturdays & Sundays as and when required.
