Parts Quality Assurance Technician (Automotive)

Temp - Perm after 12 weeks, Full-Time

Salary:

£16.00 per hour

Job Duties:

· Initiate the preliminary analysis of any quality issue detected.
· Review customer assembly processes to detect potential quality issues
· Communicate issues clearly to plant team with key data
· Ensure the follow up of the status and due dates of 3D & 8D reports
· Create and track with plant team the list of open issues pending resolution
· Attend meetings with customer to present the investigation reports and plant findings.
· Auditing capabilities
· Able to interpret technical engineering drawings for specifications, tolerances and datum structures.
· Ability to use measurement equipment such as vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges etc.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels.
