Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, North Leeds
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing
Salary: £45000 - £55000 Per annum

A growing housing developer is seeking an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing x2 new build housing sites in the North Yorkshire area and reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Job Duties:
- Manage and control all costs relating to construction projects
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Conduct cost analysis and produce detailed progress reports
- Provide advice on contractual claims and variations
- Monitor and track project budgets and expenditure
Required Qualifications:
- Driving Licence
- Quantity Surveying Degree
Education:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is desired
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the house building sector
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in COINS software is desired
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience in new build housing projects
Working Conditions:
The Quantity Surveyor will be based at the company's office in North Leeds / Yorkshire and will be required to visit construction sites in the North Yorkshire area. The role involves regular communication with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
