Job title: Quantity Surveyor

Thorn Baker are working with a building contractor specialising in major renovations, refurbishment and new build construction work who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor as a result of recent growth and a rise in demand. This position will predominantly be overseeing social housing projects across South Wales. This is a great opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join a smaller developer to really help make a difference.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Knowledge and experience working on Social Housing projects
• Ability to commute to sites across South Wales
