Job Title: Roaming Sales Advisor

South West England, Wiltshire, Salisbury

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time hours Thursday to Monday with 1 weekend off in 4.

Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 Per annum

A growing and award-winning Housing Developer is expanding their sales team due to new projects kick-starting! They are looking for a Roaming Sales Advisor to cover projects across the South.

Job Duties:

• Engage with potential buyers and provide information on new build housing projects
• Conduct site visits and showcase available properties
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in new build housing sales
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the real estate or new build housing sector.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of the housing market and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This role involves frequent travel to different sites within the Salisbury area.
