Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with an Alfreton based concrete casting company, assisting their search for a Senior Concrete Finishing Team Leader to join their team on a temporary to permanent, or straight permanent basis. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a concrete based environment as well as a management/supervisor role.

The Job: 

• Supervising the finishing team.
• Actively contributing to the Safety, Quality and Production departments.
• Ensure finishing of products meet quality standards.
• Carrying out finishing work alongside the team.
• Distributing work to the team accordingly.
• Ensuring production targets are hit.
• Working closely with other departments.

About You: 

• Experience working in a concrete environment.
• Experience within a Team Leader/Management role.
• Comfortable with manual labouring.
• Looking for a long-term opportunity.
• Hands on approach and an eye for detail.

The Pay:

£15.85 - £17.21 per hour.

The Hours: 

Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:00am - 3:00pm.
