SHE Manager

Job description

We are currently partnered with a leading, regional contractor who are expanding their Health & Safety team with a SHE Manager. You'll be joining an already thriving team, covering the Midlands region and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the SHE Manager:

  • Auditing of SHE standards and compliant working practices across live projects
  • Act as a SHEQ Advisor for the safe completion of live construction projects
  • Support internal training courses, e.g. asbestos awareness as may be confirmed.
  • Keep up to date with health, safety & environmental legislation and maintain current standards
  • Accident investigation across all live projects and production of initial report with full detail
  • Development of new toolbox talks, "Red Top Alert and Blue Top" best practice information sheets and liaise with stakeholders
