Job Title: Site Manager

Permanent, expected to work full-time hours Monday to Friday

Salary:

£55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Qualifications:

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold Awareness, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent

Skills:

New build housing (PLC experience desired)

Company Branding: A prestigious housing developer is looking for an additional Site Manager for a new project in the West Midlands. They will provide a development pathway from day one and the opportunity to climb the ladder.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the construction site from inception to completion
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  • Monitor and report on progress to the project manager
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Scaffold Awareness certification
  • NVQ Level 6 or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Site Manager for a PLC Housing Developer.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of new build housing construction processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
