£60,000 - £67,000 per annum

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Full UK Driving Licence

 

A reputable privately owned Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a brand new traditional build project in Stevenage. This award winning developer are growing and can offer exciting career advancement for the right candidate.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills
