Thorn Baker are working with a multi award winning modular building company who are looking for a Site Manager to join their team as a result of growth and increase in demand. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their career to the next level at one of the UK leading modular companies. This job will cover different sites across the UK.

The role:

• Supervise the installation of modular buildings
• Pre tender site visits when required
• Enforcing health & Safety on site
• Control costs on site
• Ensure projects are finished to the required standards and timeframe
• Maintain site tidiness and organisation

About you:

• Proven Site Manager experience
• Previous modular experience
• CPCS for lifting
• Active SMSTS/CSCS certificate
• Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
