Job Title:Site Manager

Duration: 3 months (minimum)

Thorn Baker has teamed up with the industry leader in design, manufacture, and delivery of temporary and permanent modular buildings who are looking for a Site Manager to support them with their newest project.

The Site Manager will be reporting, and accountable to the Construction Project Manager. The Site Manager will be engaged in the pre-start on site and construction phase requirements and be responsible for the successful delivery of the site project requirements, including programme, build compliance and quality, health and safety, and customer service to the Principal Contractor site team.

Project:

Installation of modular (off-site) units to create a video conferencing centre within the confines of a prison facility grounds

Required Skills:

• Enhanced security (Level 1) clearance
• DBS Enhanced (Level 1)
• CSCS (Site Managers)
• SMSTS (5 day)
• First Aid
• Competent basic use of construction software, such as Viewpoint and Field View etc.
