A medium-sized social housing developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager for cover in Burntwood.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee all operations on site
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor progress and quality of work
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Maintain accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of traditional new build housing processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
  • Attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Health and Safety certifications

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on a construction site, which may involve outdoor work and exposure to various weather conditions.
