Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Salary: £60,000 - £68,000 Per annum

An established Housing Developer is seeking a permanent Site Manager for a project in Coventry. The project involves new build houses for open market sale and housing association. There is potential for progression to Project Manager as a new site is set to commence.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the construction site from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate construction activities
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and quality of work
- Report to the Project Manager
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Valid First Aid certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of new build housing processes and NHBC
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Proficient in project planning and problem-solving
