A leading Housing Developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new build timber frame site in Bathgate, Edinburgh. This house builder is renowned for their high-quality builds and offers excellent progression and development opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage relationships with suppliers
• Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor quality control and compliance with building regulations
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in site management within the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in timber frame new build housing
• Strong understanding of house building processes
• Familiarity with NHBC standards

Working Conditions:

The role involves working on-site in various weather conditions and may require occasional travel to different project locations.
