Company Branding:

A Leading House Builder are looking for a Site Manager for a traditional new build project in Telford. Offering £240 - £260 per day CIS. Saturdays are required up to Christmas.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Manage site budget and report on financial performance
• Communicate with project stakeholders and resolve any issues

Required Qualifications:

• Valid SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid training
• Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role - PLC House Building experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced construction site environment, will require working Saturdays.
