A Quality focused Housing Developer are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a traditional new build housing development in Cambridgeshire.

Job Duties:

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction site, including managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, adhering to health and safety regulations, and meeting project deadlines.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Site Manager role with a Housing Developer.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of new build housing construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Working Conditions:

The Site Manager will work on-site in various weather conditions and may be required to travel to different project locations within the region.
