Pay Rate: £26.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for an exciting project starting on 24th March. The role offers an 8-week contract, with full-time hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) and a competitive rate of £26.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring work progresses as planned.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and site staff.
• Coordinate refurb and joinery activities within a commercial setting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and issues.
• Resolve on-site challenges and maintain a high standard of quality control.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience managing refurb and joinery work, specifically within a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of construction site management, including health and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.
• Valid qualifications in site management and relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, etc.).
