A leading Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a brand new project in Staffordshire. The project will involve the construction of traditional new build homes for private open market sale and housing association.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain quality control and monitor progress against project timelines
  • Manage site budgets and report to senior management

 

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years as a Site Manager working for a high volume developer.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in project management software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Health and Safety qualifications

Working Conditions:

Work on construction sites, potential exposure to outdoor elements, regular travel between sites required
