Job title: Social Value Coordinator

Thorn Baker are working with a family-run and well known construction contractor who are looking for a Social Values Coordinator in Bristol to cover projects across the South West. They have been operating for over 100 years  and work across a number of sectors including joinery, construction, property development and concrete repairs. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is compassionate with strong ethical values.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to exceed social value targets
• Represent the client at events and conferences
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and local communities 
• Monitor and track social value date internally
• Support in the promotion of key initiatives across our marketing channels

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a Social Impact-related role or organisation
• Strong ability to positively engage with a variety of stakeholders
• Passion for the principles of Social Value and empathy for social challenges
• Knowledge of Social Value legislation and best practices
• Happy to travel
• Attention to detail
