Technical Assistant

Employment type: Full time, 35 hours per week

Overview of company:

We are a small company specialising in the manufacture and supply of electronics in the fields of access control, automatic doors, gate & roller door automation.

Benefits:

• Temp to Perm role
• 9am - 5pm
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Roles will include:

• Assembly of some products including soldering.
• Learning about our product lines.
• Providing technical support over email and phone to customers.
• Advising customers on which products are best suited to their needs.
• Operation of our flat bed printer and cutter.
• Modifying and creating basic designs in graphics software.

Characteristics:

• A base level knowledge in electronics and/or one of the industries listed above.
• Good computer skills.
• A can-do attitude.
• Ability to take on & retain knowledge quickly.
• Good communication & customer service skills.
