An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading offsite construction company. They are a market leader in delivering specialised offsite techniques and are seeking a Trainee Site Manager to support the the delivery of new projects just accross the North of England. Ideally commutable distance from Newcastle

Responsibilities

Shadow the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site
Assist with the compliance on health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Help with site inspections and quality checks.
Assist in managing timber frame and carpentry works, ensuring quality and precision.
Monitor materials and resources, ensuring they are available

Requirements

Previous experience or knowledge in carpentry or timber frame construction desirable.
A keen interest in pursuing a career in site management
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
A proactive and motivated approach to learning
Previous experience in a construction environment is desirable but not essential
