Job description
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our clients growing business in Loughborough.
Job Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am-4:30pm
- £11.44 per hour
- Weekly Pay
- Temp to Perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Process orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Generate reports, invoices, and required documentation.
- Update and manage the warehouse management system.
- Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks.
- Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (warehouse system experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or administrative role (preferred).
- A proactive team player with problem-solving skills.
