Warehouse Administrator

Job description

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our clients growing business in Loughborough.

Job Details:

  • Monday to Friday 
  • 8am-4:30pm
  • £11.44 per hour 
  • Weekly Pay 
  • Temp to Perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Process orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Generate reports, invoices, and required documentation.
  • Update and manage the warehouse management system.
  • Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (warehouse system experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or administrative role (preferred).
  • A proactive team player with problem-solving skills.
