Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for recycling operatives to work in the Heeley area of Sheffield. Due to the location of this position, you will need either your own transport or motorbike or push bike. This is an outside role where you will be outdoors all year round.  

Job role responsibilities

• Manual picking of waste and recycling.
• Sorting through piles of waste/recycling, removing large/bulk items to hand
• To move various material to different locations around the site

• Adhere to health and safety procedures
• Picking through materials at pace 

The ideal candidate:

• Physically fit 
• Comfortable with repetitive work
• Have own transport/push-bike
• Able to follow instructions and training
• Work in a team

Hours and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 7.00am to 5.00pm
• £11.60
• Overtime available and paid at a premium
